Then…

Cas heard the music pick up, and the words left his throat before he could advise them of a different course.

It felt, nice to say the words, right, like his heart wanted to say them, to scream them at Dean, to make him understand. Still, it wasn’t the place or the time for him to be singing. Still, there was some gospel music that was playing, not louder then the other music, the one that fit to what he was singing, and it felt nice, calmed him a bit.

“Oh yeah Sammy, brilliant plan, save for the fact we are trying to cross the border with a trunk load of weapons. Yeah, so not going to happen,” Dean snapped and although Gabriel wanted to hit him with something, he had a point. “Plus I’m still in the damn database, if we get pulled over or checked, they are going to figure that I, once again, faked my death. Really, that’ll be twice.”

“So then it’ll just be Gabriel and I?” Castiel asked and not that he didn’t love his little brother or did he think that he couldn’t protect himself, but it would be nice with backup.

“Or, we could just take them with us, by normal route. You’re all juiced up again and I’m still my awesome” - Dean interrupted him with a snort and Gabriel sent him a glare - “self. All archangel glory and Trickstery goodness rolled into one custom made vessel.”

Crowley walked towards Bobby who was reading a book and sat down on the arm of the chair. He figured it would affect them too, because from what his friend had said, no demons here had been immune. Still, it had been weird hearing Gabriel starting to sing, but he did have a lovely voice.

“No, Dean you are being difficult.” He sounded frustrated and he had no reason to be frustrated, Dean didn’t leave him, Dean waited, waited a whole week for him to show up again before going to Lisa’s, Cas had no right. “I did not wish to leave.”

“Then why did you?” Dean snapped and he didn’t care if he hurt Cas’ feelings, he was pissed, angry and hurt and these feelings he had repressed, it was all just to much.

“Because, Heaven needed me.” Dean was going to counter that but Cas didn’t give him time. “I understand that Heaven was wrong Dean, that’s why I went back. I went to fix it, so that it wouldn’t happen again. I went back so Heaven could see what you showed me.”

“Cas, wait would you…”

Everyone turned their attention to them, like they knew what had happened and they all stared like they knew just what had happened. Cas felt his cheeks go warmer and if he didn’t get out of here soon he was going to explode, he had to, he was so warm and embarrassed and Dean had heard him…

“Cas, wait, please!” He grabbed his arm. “Talk to me.”

Now…

Dean didn’t know what to do, what to think. First Cas was telling him he belonged with him, and then there was singing and his brother was kissing the Trickster and his head was so confused and he really, really just wanted everyone to stop, stop surprising him, stop messing with what was already here. He had built himself a nice reality and now they were all smashing it with their hunts, and their blue eyes, and their demon-loving, and that damn tie, and Archangel kissing, and those damn words…

Dean kicked the wall, placing his hand against it and closed his eyes, some sort of background music rising in the background.

Why, you wanna tell me how to live my life?” Dean slammed his palm down onto the brick and pushed off. “Who, are you to tell me if it's black or white?” He looked down the street, back towards the house. “Cas, can you hear me? Try to understand. Is innocence the difference between a boy and a man?” he moved away from the house, walking back down the street before picking up to a run. “My daddy lived the lie, it's just the price that he paid. Sacrificed his life, just slavin' away.

He grabbed a pole and swung himself up onto a car, spreading his arms out as the yelled, well sung really loudly to the sky.

Ohhh, if there's one thing I hang onto, that gets me through the night.” Dean moved to the roof of the car. “I ain't gonna do what I don't want to, I'm gonna live my life.” He moved to the edge of the car. “Shining like a diamond, rolling with the dice. Standing on the ledge, I show the wind how to fly. When the world gets in my face, I say…” Dean jumped down from the car. “Have a nice day.” Dean took off into a run through the cars that were stopped at a light. “Have a nice day.

He slipped off down a side street.

Take a look around you; nothing's what it seems.” Dean watched a bus roll by and grabbed the handle, slipping onto the Double-Decker. “We're living in the broken home of hopes and dreams.” He slipped some change into the slot and moved through the aisles. “Let me be the first to shake a helping hand. Anybody brave enough to take a stand?” He jogged up the stairs to the second floor. “I've knocked on every door, on every dead end street. Looking for forgiveness and what's left to believe.

He found a seat, sliding into the spot.

Ohhh, if there's one thing I hang onto. That gets me through the night.” He stared out the window. “I ain't gonna do what I don't want to, I'm gonna live my life.” He rolled down the window, sticking his head out it. “Shining like a diamond; rolling with the dice. Standing on the ledge, I show the wind how to fly. When the world gets in my face, I say…” He pulled his head back in. “Have a nice day.” He moved back down the stairs.

Have a nice day.

He walked up to Big Ben, the sound of a guitar solo following his climb up the stairs, and he figured someone was playing at the bottom as the higher he went the fainter the echo.

Ohhh, if there's one thing I hang onto. That gets me through the night.” He was a little out of breath as he reached the top. “I ain't gonna do what I don't want to. I'm gonna live my life.” He moved towards the edge, climbing into it. “Shining like a diamond, rolling with the dice. Standing on the ledge, I show the wind how to fly.” He grabbed onto something to hold himself up. “When the world gets in my face, I say…” He looked out over the huge city. “Have a nice day. Have a nice day. Have a nice day. Have a nice day. Have a nice day.” He closed his eyes.

When the world keeps trying, to drag me down. I've gotta raise my hands, gonna stand my ground.” He opened them once again. “Well I say, Have a nice day. Have a nice day. Have a nice day.

“Gotta say Dean, you lot sure have your relationship problems.”

Dean whipped around, staring at a girl with brown eyes and curly brown hair; Meg.

“Meg…You’re causing this…”

“No Dean, I’m not causing this, not at all.” She chuckled, hands in her pockets. “No, the one who’s causing this it a tad more powerful than I am and he’s…angry. He doesn’t like you Winchesters, or your angels. No, he’s going to destroy you…and there’s nothing you can do about it. So, have fun while you can, because it’s over for you.” And then she was gone, leaving Dean feeling awkward and a little wary.

There was a new baddie, a powerful baddie. Just like old times.

~*~*~*~

Gabriel shut the door when Sam pressed him back up against it, music playing in the background as Sam kissed him gently and passionately, before Gabriel dragged him towards the bed. “We got the afternoon. You got this room for two.” He fell back on to the bed, Sam on top. “One thing I've left to do. Discover me, discovering you.” He nipped gently at Sam’s bottom lip, his hands trialing down his shoulders to slide up his shirt. “One mile to every inch of your skin like porcelain…” he captures Sam’s lips with his, dropping the shirt off to the side. “One pair of candy lips and your bubblegum tongue…

Sam lifted up, pulling Gabriel into his lap and chuckled and they both sang between kisses.

And if you want love…We'll make it.” Gabriel pushed Sam back, grinning slightly. “Swim in a deep sea of blankets.” Sam moved to sit up on his elbows as Gabriel leaned down to kiss him. “Take all your big plans and break 'em.” Gabriel moved off of Sam, shimmying towards his feet, tugging off his shirt. “This is bound to be a while.” Gabriel watched Sam’s eyes rake over his chest. “Your body is a wonderland. Your body is a wonder (I'll use my hands). Your body is a wonderland.

Gabriel slipped off Sam’s shoes and socks, kicking off his own as Sam started to sing.

Something 'bout the way your hair falls in your face.” Gabriel laughed and moved towards Sam on his hands and knees. “I love the shape you take when crawling towards the pillowcase.” Gabriel crawled into Sam’s lap, hands on his chest. “You tell me where to go and though I might leave to find it…” Gabriel let Sam tug off his shirt before Sam cradled the back of his head, pushing him back gently. “I'll never let your head hit the bed without my hand behind it.

Gabriel moved to sing with Sam now, laughing a bit as Sam moved the kiss from his lips to his jaw. “You want love? We'll make it.” Sam moved down to his neck, making Gabriel gasp out the next part, while Sam had a chuckle to his own voice. “Swim in a deep sea of blankets.” Gabriel moved his hands down Sam’s sides to rest on his hips. “Take all your big plans and break 'em.” Sam drew another gasp as he nipped Gabriel’s neck. “This is bound to be a while.” Sam moved back up, his lips hovering above Gabriel’s as they both smiled. “Your body is a wonderland. Your body is a wonder (I'll use my hands). Your body is a wonderland.

Gabriel felt the trail of kisses down his chest, and then gasped loudly as Sam took his nipple into his mouth, sucking it gently. “Damn baby you frustrate me.” He let his hands tangle in Sam’s hair, rubbing his fingertips against his scalp gently.

I know you're mine all mine all mine. But you look so good it hurts sometimes.” Sam sung back and kissed down his stomach to his navel before tugging off his pants and kicking off his own, leaving them both in just their boxers and Gabriel yanked Sam back up to smother him in kisses.

Your body is a wonderland.” Gabriel lifted his hips, allowing Sam to slip his boxers off. “Your body is a wonder (I'll use my hands).” Gabriel slipped down, dragging Sam’s, letting it fall into the pile with the rest, leaving them both naked. “Your body is a wonderland.” Sam pressed against him, making Gabriel moan softly as he reached around the drawer, trying to find the lube. “Your body is a wonderland.” He found it and lifted it up, handing it to Sam.

Sam took the lube and Gabriel heard the soft click of the bottle opening and then Sam’s slicked finger was pushing into him. He moved his hands to Sam’s waist, arching his back and moaning softly. He felt Sam started to thrust, curling and twisting it slowly, torturously slow, drawing moans and gasps from Gabriel’s slightly parted lips, till there were two fingers. Gabriel pressed back against them as the twisted and scissored and stretched him.

Gabriel almost lost himself when Sam inserted a third, he was babbling and withering beneath him. Then they were gone. Gabriel made a soft sound of protest only for Sam to kiss him, and if he was human or girly or both he would have been left light-headed with butterflies fluttering in his stomach. Sam then braced himself, arms on either side of Gabriel’s head, strong arms displayed for Gabriel to milk in before he felt Sam press into him. Gabriel moaned and pressed back against him; Sam was panting.

That…that was kind of hot.

“Does it hurt?” Sam muttered against his lips and Gabriel chuckled.

“No, opposite of hurt actually.” He smiled and Sam pressed in deeper, making Gabriel lose his train of thought, moaning long and low before Sam was completely sheathed inside him.

“So warm…”Sam moaned and Gabriel groaned.

“Such a dirty mouth Sa-ah!” Sam was moving slowly in and out, making Gabriel buck and writhe once more, attempting to thrust in time with Sam, his nails drawing slowly up and down his back, not enough to leave any marks but enough for Sam to shiver and moan against his lips. Sam picked up his pace, but kept a steady rhythm, and soon they were both lost in the sounds of sweat-soaked skin sliding against sweat-soaked skin, their moans and groans, everything lost around them.

Then Sam had to go and hit that wonderful bundle of nerves and Gabriel started to babble, pulling Sam closer, wrapping his legs tightly around his waist, arching his back and thrusting back hard, whimpering slightly. Sam decided this was a good reaction and made to hit it every time, leaving Gabriel a writhing mess beneath him.

Just when Gabriel didn’t think he could take anymore he felt himself fall over the edge, the warmth of his cum hitting his stomach as he clenched around Sam; Sam swore and came inside him, panting before gently pulling out and then rolling off Gabriel who snapped away the mess, pulling Sam into him.

“This isn’t just a one time thing is it?”

“No Sammy, no it’s not.” He looked down at Sam who was smiling before he kissed him, Sam curled against him as he watched his human slip off to sleep.

His Sammy.

~*~*~*~

Dean was leaning against the wall leading to the house that he had spent less time in then he figured. Crowley and Bobby had left, he could tell because Sam and Gabriel were making loud noises, something about Sam teaching him to make pancakes from scratch. If the loud noise was anything they were failing miserably. Dean would go in, no, he wasn’t stalling, he was just admiring the look of London without all the, you know, manly singing.

Cas was helping, if Gabriel’s teasing was anything. Dean itched to join them, but not yet, he still didn’t know what he wanted, and it was hard. He loved Lisa, or he thought he did, or maybe he was just dependant, dependant on her and the fact she wouldn’t leave, she was safe; it was safe. Which really, Dean wasn’t sure he understood. He liked hunting liked the risks, but his heart, risking his heart no matter how girly that sounded, it was something that scared him.

“Everyone is wondering when you will come inside, Gabriel says you won't but Sam disagrees. Bobby and Crowley both agree you will come in, but not until I come and get you.”

Dean jumped and turned to stare at Cas, who wasn’t wearing his trench coat or over coat or tie, his sleeves rolled up and the first few buttons of his shirt were undone. His black dress pants were spotted with flour and for some reason Dean’s mouth had decided to go dry, making it hard to swallow.

“So Bobby and Crowley are still there?” Dean avoided what he had first said.

“Yes, Crowley didn’t like the idea of messing up the kitchen, but Bobby convinced him otherwise.”

“Oh.”

Dean rubbed the back of his neck and suddenly Cas was in his space again. Which was bad, because when Cas was in his space it was hard to think, hard to do anything really, and there were urges and thoughts that didn’t seem conflicted by the personal space disregard, in fact they got worse and Dean shouldn’t be thinking about them and yet he was and Goddamn it he liked it.

“Cas…”

“Yes Dean?”

“I…Fuck Cas I love you…I really-really fucking do and damn it to hell, and I’m pretty sure I’m only saying this because of the damn singing thing that’s going around…but I do…I do love you.”

Cas moved closer into his personal space, his bright blue eyes burying into his soul.

“Then what are you going to do about it…”

Dean swallowed hard.

He held the door open for Cas as they stepped back into the house, everyone staring, arms crossed, waiting. Dean shrugged and stepped in before explaining what Meg had said.

“So what…new big-baddie? No Hell gate….”

“No Hell gate and what ever is happening here is a spell, cast by some pissed off witch. I checked the border, and there was something engraved on the ground. Simple counter-spell should end it.” Dean sighed and rubbed his forehead.

“Listen Dean abou-“

“I don’t care that you’re screwing Gabriel.” He smirked when Sam went bright red. “He just has to earn my respect and trust and if either of you do it in my back of my baby I’m killing you. Got it?”

Sam chuckled and nodded, still bright red.

“You know, all we're missing is the big cheesy group number finish!” Gabriel grinned and everyone turned to glare at him…and then the music started. “Hey, I was only joking…”

When you feel all alone, and the world has turned its back on you. Give me a moment please to tame your wild wild heart.” He turned to look at Cas and hey, so what if they were singing, at least hopefully now they’d get it over with.

I know you feel like the walls are closing in on you. It's hard to find relief and people can be so cold. When darkness is upon your door and you feel like you can't take anymore…” Cas smiled back at him.

Let me be the one you call. If you jump I'll break your fall. Lift you up and fly away with you into the night.” Dean crossed his arms as everyone had joined in; he was going to have to take his baby apart and put her back together after this to make up for the lack of manliness. “If you need to fall apart. I can mend a broken heart. If you need to crash then crash and burn you're not alone.

When you feel all alone and a loyal friend is hard to find. You're caught in a one way street…” Gabriel pulled Sam close, spreading some of the flour on his cheek and chuckling.

With the monsters in your head. When hopes and dreams are far away and you feel like you can't face the day.” Sam leaned down and kissed him.

Let me be the one you call. If you jump I'll break your fall. Lift you up and fly away with you into the night.” They turned to look at the others only to find Dean rolling his eyes at them “If you need to fall apart. I can mend a broken heart. If you need to crash then crash and burn you're not alone.

'Cause there has always been heartache and pain, and when it's over you'll breathe again. You'll breath again…” Crowley was sitting on the edge of the couch, before Bobby yanked him onto his lap; Crowley pretended not to notice.

When you feel all alone and the world has turned its back on you. Give me a moment please. To tame your wild wild heart.” Bobby sang back to him and Crowley smiled, because maybe love wasn’t such a bad idea.

Plus the sex was great.

Let me be the one you call. If you jump I'll break your fall. Lift you up and fly away with you into the night.” Crowley leaned back into Bobby who kissed the back of his neck. “If you need to fall apart. I can mend a broken heart. If you need to crash then crash and burn you're not alone.

“We should make an all-boys band.” Gabriel grinned.

Everyone laughed.
