~*~*~*~

It was supposed to be a quiet evening with him and Becky, watching re-runs of Charmed. It had been Becky’s idea, and Chuck wasn’t too opposed to it. He really didn’t care, as long as it was just them, sitting together and having fun, just being close. With the Apocalypse averted, and God vacating his body, Chuck finally felt at peace, glad he was able to stay with her. He hadn’t had a vision or drink in months and he was starting to enjoy the sober life.

Of course, being known by the Winchesters, life could never stay peaceful.

“Oooh, what are we watching?” Came a voice from behind them, causing both of them to jump. “Charmed? Really?”

Chuck looked behind him to see Gabriel walk around the couch to plop down on the chair, pulling Sam onto his lap. Dean and Cas weren’t far behind as Dean jumped over the side of the couch, landing next to Chuck, while Cas took a seat on the floor by his feet. Chuck blinked and stared at them as Gabriel snapped himself and Sam a bowl of popcorn.

“Umm…” Chuck cleared his throat staring at them and rubbing the back of his neck, Becky’s legs over his lap as she stared at them all with fan-like glee.

“Oh, I like this episode!” Gabriel commented.

“Dude, you watch Charmed?” Dean snorted as Sam flicked a kernel of popcorn at him. “That’s probably the gayest thing I’ve heard come from your mouth.”

“Hey, don’t diss the witches, they are cool. They fight demons, just like you only they have magick.” Becky scolded.

“Yeah, witches, they aren’t really like that. They are Magic abusing evil devil worshipping bitches.”

“That’s not true. Just because we haven’t seen a good witch doesn’t mean they don’t exist. You thought Angels were myths Dean, and half of them turned out to be dicks.” Sam countered .

“There are good witches, most of them are Pagans and Wiccan’s and Elementalists and such, they are rare though because most of them get killed, mistaken for demon whores.” Gabriel added.

Chuck watched as they all continued, the sound of Pipers voice getting drowned out as the debate continued. Chuck didn’t know what to do; they had just shown up and made themselves at home. He sighed and tilted his head back to stare up at ceiling and closing his eyes as he counted to ten, taking deep breaths as he listened to the voices, all overlapping, chuckles and laughter adding to the voices.  When a line on the TV caught his attention.

I didn't need a sign to tell me where my heart lies.” Piper spoke and Chuck opened his eyes to see Piper smiling at Leo.

He chuckled and shook his head as he pulled Becky closer, as they continued to argue about the subject. Because yeah, they may have barged in unannounced and broken up what was supposed to be a stay-at-home date with him and Becky, maybe in his living room right now arguing about good witches and bad witches, and two of them may be angels, one of which is an archangel and a Pagan god.

But that’s what Family is for…

The End
